ROOMS

City Garden Olbia has different types of rooms all equipped with private bathroom and suitable for every need of our guests:

• We have 2 Standard Double rooms (1 with single beds and another one with 1 double bed)
• Double Superior Room with Terrace/Balcony (with double bed)
• 1 double room at the ground floor is specially provided for guests with reduced mobility (2 single beds, bathroom configured and beds with electrical control)
• Our 2 Triple rooms have the 2 possible configuration (1 with 1 double bed and the other one with 3 single beds)
• Our Quadruple room is specially configured for families with small babies (is equipped with a cradle in a fixed configuration)

On prior request, in some room and free of charge a portable baby cot can be added for guests with small children.

Some standard and superior rooms are equipped with a 3rd extra bed which will vary in this case, the cost of the room of 8 € from 3 years of age up to 12 and from 13 years of age and up for 12 € per night.

All our rooms are bright and clean. There are, of course, all the comforts you could wish for you to feel like you are at home and spend a pleasant holiday just a few minutes away from the beautiful Costa Smeralda. The furniture is comfortable and each element is carefully chosen with taste to offer guests a refined and restful environment.
