City Garden is a charming Guest House, located in Olbia, Sardinia.

Despite being in the heart of the city, the property is provided with a nice private garden.

The nice shabby chic style rooms are all equipped with air conditioning  flat-screen TVs 32”, private bathrooms, courtesy sets, hairdryer and slippers are at your disposal every time.

Some room is provided with terrace or balcony where you can relax with a nice garden view.

City Garden Guest House is only 50 metres from the nearest bus stop to downtown, which is in any case only 900 meters away.

Olbia Costa Smeralda Airport is 4,5 KM away.

The Isola Bianca Maritime station is 2,5 km away.

The breakfast service is also available on our property and basically organized with a large buffet and a chilled counter for fresh food. Our guests could also decide to enjoy their meal both inside our breakfast room than outdoor in the garden.

- Our Quadruple room is specially configured for families with small babies (is equipped with a cradle in a fixed configuration)

- 1 double room at the ground floor is specially provided for guests with reduced mobility ( 2 single beds, bathroom configured and beds with electrical control

We wanted to give a clear philosophy and imprinting to our property, so all rooms and any indoors space are "NO smoking". It will be possible to smoke only in our garden or outside the balcony if you book our double superior rooms.

Pets are always welcome in our property without having to pay any extra fees. We only ask you to notify us beforehand and to avoid to let them stay on the beds of the rooms.

We do not have any private/reserved parking, but immediately outside the property there are full of free parking areas in a very quiet and safe street where we have by the way a video circuit control
